How do I find out if my date is available?
Get in touch using our contact form or give us a call, and we'll check our diary and let you know.
How do I let you know what date I need my order delivering for my event?
Once your order is received, we'll be in touch via email and confirm the date with you.
Where do you deliver?
We offer free delivery within 10 miles of our base in Southport, and cover the North West of England
Is there a charge for delivery?
If you're booking a rental package, it's free delivery, set up & collection within 10 miles of Southport, after that it's £1 per mile, for example, if your venue is 15 miles away, you will be charged £5 for delivery. Get in touch for a quote!
Other orders are charged at £1 per mile unless otherwise stated.
When will I get my deposit back?
We will refund your deposit within 48hrs of us collecting the rental items. If there are any issues, we will be in contact as soon as possible. See our Hire Rules & Info page for more info.
How and when do I pay the balance for my rental package?
Final payments need to be made 4 weeks prior to the date of your event. We will email you an invoice with a payment link before then. See our Hire Rules & Info page for more info.
