How do I find out if my date is available? 

Get in touch using our contact form or give us a call, and we'll check our diary and let you know. 

 

Can I order direct on the website?

We would recommend that you get in touch first to check the date, delivery information and other details with us. We will then send over a link to a secure payment link to pay your deposit. 

 

Where do you deliver?

We cover the North West of England & North Wales.

 

How long do we have the golf & games for?

We provide our wedding entertainment for up to 4 hours, for a finish time of no later than 8pm, excluding set up & breakdown time. (£20 for each additional 2 hour hire period)

 

Do you stay with the golf & games?

No, we set up and leave it for you to play for the afternoon - please ensure that children are supervised at all times and not left alone with the golf & games.

 

Is there a charge for delivery?

Delivery, set up & collection if free within 10 miles of our base in Southport on orders over £250, then the following charges apply:

Under 10 miles Free

11-20 miles £10

21-30 miles £20

31-40 miles £30

41-50 miles £40

We offer free delivery for all orders over £500 for the first 40 miles. 

Toll charges will apply to all delivery charges. Get in touch for a quote.

 

When will I get my damages deposit back?

We will initiate the refund for your damages deposit within 48hrs of us collecting the rental items, please be aware that it may take a few days for Shopify to process the refund. If there are any issues, we will be in contact as soon as possible. See our Hire Rules & Info page for more info.

 

How and when do I pay the balance for my rental package?

Final payments need to be made 4 weeks prior to the date of your event. We will get in touch about 6 weeks before to run through the Final Details and email you an invoice with a payment link then. See our Hire Rules & Info page for more info.

 

Are you insured? 

Yes, rest assured, we are fully insured and have £5m public liability.

 

Will your prices increase?

We have kept our 2026 prices the same as they were in 2025, however, bookings for 2027 will increase by 5% year on year. 

 

What sweets/donuts/crisps do you provide?

We use our local wholesalers for sweets and crisps, and our local supermarkets for the donuts. If you wanted a certain brand or type of sweets, doughnuts, or different of crisps, let us know and we will try and source them for you (there may be a difference in price).

 

I have a dietary requirement, do you accommodate.....?

We would love to help wherever possible, please just let us know your requirements and we will try our best to accommodate you. We have a comprehensive list of all the items we provide on our Ingredients & Allergens page, please take a look.
