Payment Information

£50 deposit taken at time of booking to secure your date.

A refundable damages deposit per booking is payable when the final balance is due (amount depends on package hired)

Full payment to be made 4 weeks prior to event date.

A late payment fee of £50 will be be charged if full balance is not paid by agreed payment date. If the booking is cancelled by the customer the following refunds will apply:

Up to 6 weeks before	Deposit paid less 3% admin fee
Between 6 to 3 weeks before	75% of all payments made less 3% admin fee
Up to 2 weeks before	50% of all payments made less 3% admin fee
Up to 1 week before	25% of all payments made less 3% admin fee

If the booking is cancelled by Clintons Crafts @33, 100% of all payments made will be refunded.

Hire Period

Games & Golf packages - Our hire time is for 4 hours unless otherwise agreed prior to event. We are happy to hire for a longer period, which will be charged at £20 for each additional 2 hour period.

Sweet treat packages - This is usually collected the next morning, timings will be discussed with your venue.

Delivery Charges

The following delivery charges apply:

Under 10 miles Free

11-20 miles £10

21‐30 miles £20

31-40 miles £30

41-50 miles £40

Free delivery & collection within 10 miles of our base in Southport on orders over £250. Orders over £500 include free delivery for the first 40 miles. Orders under £250 are charged at £10 per 10 mile band.

Toll charges will be charged per crossing made.

Damage Deposits

We aim to initiate refundable damage deposit refunds within 48 hours of collection, subject to all hire items being returned in the same condition they were supplied. Please allow a few additional working days for Shopify and your payment provider to process the refund.

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, please check over and let us know on delivery/collection if there are any issues.

All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using our equipment.

Deductions from the damages deposit may apply in the event of:

* Broken or damaged pieces

* Missing pieces or accessories

* Severe scratches, marks or bite marks

* Marks from pens, markers or crayons

* Distorted pieces or damaged items

* Excessive cleaning required following use

* Repairs required as a result of damage or misuse

* Repainting, refinishing or restoration work required to return an item to its original condition

Where loss, damage, missing items or excessive cleaning has occurred, all or part of the damages deposit may be retained to cover any reasonable costs incurred. Any deductions made will be reasonable and proportionate to the loss or damage incurred.

Many of our hire items are handmade, hand-finished or one-of-a-kind. Damage to hire items may require repair, restoration or replacement at short notice and could affect future bookings. We therefore ask that all items are treated with the same care and attention as if they were your own.

Weather Limitations

We deliver whatever the weather!

Outdoor bookings should have a suitable indoor or sheltered back-up plan where possible.

Some hire items may not be suitable for all venues or indoors spaces, please let us know if you're unsure.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Whilst we take great care to maintain and regularly inspect all of our hire items, unforeseen circumstances and equipment failures can occasionally occur.

If we are unable to supply an item from your booking, we will always endeavour to:

Provide a suitable alternative where possible.
Offer a partial refund for any unavailable item(s).
Offer a full or partial refund where appropriate, depending on the hire items affected.

Should replacement hire items be arranged or sourced by a customer, venue or third-party supplier, any associated costs must be discussed and agreed with Clintons Crafts @33 before arrangements are made. We cannot accept liability for third-party replacement items or costs incurred without our prior agreement.

Allergens

Please let us know if there are any allergies in your party when hiring our filled rental items. We'll always do our best to help and provide the relevant ingredient information, but we cannot guarantee that our filled items are free from allergens or cross-contact.

Changes

Clintons Crafts @33 reserve the right to amend, alter, substitute, or withdraw any games, items, packages, or hire options at any time, where necessary and without prior notice. Any changes made will be of equal suitability and quality wherever possible.
