Hire Contract
Payment info
£50 deposit taken at time of booking to secure your date.
A refundable damage deposit of £50 per booking is payable when the final balance is due (applies to hire packages only unless specified)
Full payment to be made 4 weeks prior to event date.
An admin fee of £50 will be be charged if full balance is not paid by agreed payment date, or booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of event date, or if there is adverse weather on the day (see below for more details)
All rental items will be collected by no later than 9pm unless otherwise agreed prior to event. A fee of £20 per hour may be charged after 9pm.
Delivery info
Free delivery & collection within 10 miles of Southport on hire packages. Mileage charged for each additional mile is £1.
Free delivery & collection within 10 miles of Southport on orders over £100 for other rental items. Mileage charged for each additional mile is £1.
Delivery & collection charged at £1 per mile for all other rental orders under £100.
Damage deposit info
The damage deposit is refunded within 48hrs of the items being collected. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, please check over and let us know on delivery/collection if there are any issues.
Damage deposit will not be returned if:
* Broken/damaged pieces
* Missing pieces
* Severe scratches or marks including bite marks
* Marks from pens, markers or crayons
* Distorted pieces
Refunds for the above are within reason and entirely at the discretion of Clintons Crafts @33.
Weather limitations
If there are unsuitable weather conditions forecasted for your booking date, Clintons Crafts @33 may not be able to deliver the games for outdoor use.
Please have your 'rainy day plan' in place. A space indoors to set up or a marque or gazebo will be perfect for most of the games. Some games are not suitable on wet ground/grass.
We will advise where possible and keep you up to date in the week leading to your event.
