We'll deliver, set up and collect your hire, so you can simply enjoy your wedding day.
At Clintons Crafts @33, we take care of the delivery, setup and collection of your hired items, so you can focus on enjoying your special day. Whether you're hiring our wedding mini golf, garden games or sweet treat packages, we'll make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We are based in Southport, Merseyside, and regularly deliver to venues across:

- Cheshire
- Greater Manchester
- North Wales
- The Wirral

Delivery Charges
Free local delivery
- Orders over £250 include free delivery within 10 miles of our base.
- Orders over £500 include the first 40 miles free.
Delivery charges are based on the distance to your venue and will always be confirmed before your booking is finalised, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
What's Included
Our delivery service includes:
- Delivery of your hired items
- Setup of applicable hire items*
- Collection at the agreed time after your event
*Where applicable. Some items, such as sweet carts hired without sweets, may require the customer to finish dressing or filling the display.
Collection times vary depending on the items you've hired. Garden games and mini golf are usually collected after your event, while sweet carts and selected décor items are often collected the following day. We'll confirm all timings with you before your event to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Access Requirements
Please let us know if your venue has stairs, lifts, restricted access times or long walking distances from the unloading area.
If you're unsure about access at your venue, please don't hesitate to contact us ahead of your event — we're happy to discuss logistics in advance.
If Delivery or Collection Cannot Be Completed
In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete delivery or collection due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, road closures, or inaccessible venues), we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues at the venue that were not disclosed at the time of booking, this may result in additional charges, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
- If collection cannot be completed at the agreed time due to the event overrunning, please notify us as early as possible. Late collection may incur an additional charge.
- In the event of a vehicle breakdown or emergency on our part, we will do everything possible to arrange alternative delivery and will keep you informed throughout.

We regularly provide wedding entertainment to venues across Southport, Ormskirk, Preston, Chorley, Liverpool, Wigan, St Helens, Warrington, Blackpool, The Wirral, Manchester, Cheshire and throughout the North West.
