Delivery, Setup & Collection

We take care of the logistics, so that's one less thing for you to think about on your wedding day.

When you hire wedding mini golf, garden games or Sweet Treats from Clintons Crafts @33, we'll arrange delivery to your venue, set everything up where applicable and return to collect it at the agreed time.

We'll confirm all the details with you before your wedding, including venue access, delivery and setup times, collection arrangements and any applicable delivery charge.

Please note: This page applies to Clintons Crafts @33 entertainment and Sweet Treat hire. Wedding flowers from The Bloomery @33 have separate delivery, postage and venue setup arrangements — please see our Wedding Flowers Booking Information for details.

Where We Deliver

We're based in Southport, Merseyside and regularly deliver to wedding venues across Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, the Wirral and surrounding areas.

We're also happy to travel further afield where possible, so if your venue is outside our usual area, please get in touch.

Delivery Charges

Your delivery charge depends on the total value of your booking and the distance to your venue.

  • Orders under £250 — delivery is charged based on distance.
  • Orders from £250–£499 — the first 10 miles are free.
  • Orders of £500 or more — the first 40 miles are free.

Any mileage beyond the included distance is charged according to the location of your venue.

We'll always confirm your exact delivery charge before you book, so you'll know the full cost from the start.

What's Included?

Our delivery service includes:

  • Delivery of your hired equipment to your venue
  • Setup of applicable items
  • Collection at the agreed time
  • All the boring logistical bits in between 😁

Where an item requires some finishing by you — for example, a Sweet Cart hired without sweets — we'll let you know beforehand.

When Do You Collect?

Mini Golf & Garden Games
Our standard hire period is 4 hours, with an optional additional 2 hours for £20. Setup and collection are outside your hire time, so you receive the full period to enjoy the equipment.

For outdoor setups, collection will be arranged no later than sunset, allowing us enough natural light to safely dismantle, inspect and account for the equipment.

Sweet Treats
Sweet carts, donut stands and crisp walls are usually collected the following morning, unless we've agreed something different with you.

We'll confirm your individual timings before your wedding.

Venue Access

Please let us know about anything that could affect delivery or setup, including stairs, lifts, restricted access times, long distances from the unloading area or difficult outdoor access.

If you're unsure, just ask. We're always happy to discuss access with you or your venue beforehand.

If Something Unexpected Happens

Very occasionally, circumstances such as severe weather, road closures, venue access problems or vehicle issues can affect delivery or collection.

If something happens on our side, we'll keep you informed and do everything reasonably possible to arrange an alternative.

If anything changes at your venue or on the day that could affect the agreed collection time, please let us know as soon as possible. Where we're able to accommodate a change, we'll always do our best to help.

We regularly travel to venues across Southport, Ormskirk, Preston, Chorley, Liverpool, Wigan, St Helens, Warrington, Blackpool, the Wirral, Manchester, Cheshire, North Wales and throughout the North West.

If your venue isn't listed, that doesn't mean we don't cover it!
