Delivery & Collection Policy — Clintons Crafts @33
Delivery Area We deliver throughout the North West of England and are happy to travel. Delivery charges are calculated based on distance from our base in Southport, PR9 0HW.
Delivery Charges

| 41–50 miles | £40 |
- Free delivery and collection within 10 miles on bookings over £250
- Free delivery for the first 40 miles on bookings over £500
- Bookings under £250 are charged at £10 per 10-mile band
- Toll charges will be charged per crossing made
Hire Duration All hire packages are for 4 hours, excluding set-up and breakdown time. You can extend your hire by up to 2 additional hours for £20. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to add extra time.
Delivery & Collection Times
- Golf & Games: Delivered, set up, and collected on the same day as your event
- Sweet Cart, Donut Stand & Crisp Wall: Delivered and set up on your event day, collected the following day
Exact delivery and collection times will be confirmed with you in advance of your event.
Venue & Access Requirements To ensure a smooth setup, please make sure the following are in place before our arrival:
- We require parking close to the setup area. Please ensure a suitable space is available for our vehicle
- If your venue has stairs, lift access or a ramp is preferred. Please let us know in advance if this may be an issue
- The setup area should be clear and ready upon our arrival
Indoor & Outdoor Use Most of our hire items are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Our Golf & Games equipment is weatherproof; however, we always recommend having a rainy day plan in place if heavy rain is forecast. Please speak to us if you're unsure whether your chosen items are suitable for your venue or setup.
Failed or Delayed Delivery In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your hire items on the day due to circumstances on our part (such as vehicle breakdown or significant traffic delays), a full refund of all payments made will be issued. We will contact you as soon as possible if any issues arise.
Please note that if we are unable to access your venue due to insufficient access, parking, or incorrect information provided at the time of booking, this may affect our ability to set up. In such circumstances, where the issue is not the fault of Clintons Crafts @33, the full hire fee may still be charged. We ask that you ensure all access requirements are met in advance to avoid any disruption to your event.
