At The Bloomery, we can create larger artificial flower arrangements for your wedding that can either be purchased to keep or rented for your big day.

It's a lovely way to create a beautiful floral backdrop, ceremony display or reception space without spending a fortune on arrangements that you might not have anywhere to keep afterwards.

And because everything is made to order, we can create your arrangements around your wedding colours, theme and venue.

From little finishing touches to large statement displays, there are lots of ways to bring your wedding flowers into your venue.

💐 Large Floral Arrangements

Beautiful larger arrangements designed to make an impact, whether they're used around your ceremony area, welcome table, top table, cake table, signage, gift table or reception space. They can also be created as statement displays to really bring your wedding flowers to life. Available to buy or rent.

🌿 Floral Arches & Backdrops

Create a beautiful focal point for your ceremony, cake table or photographs with a floral arch, backdrop or statement arrangement. We can create anything from a simple combination of greenery and flowers to a fuller, more dramatic display, all designed around your wedding style and colours. Available to rent or purchase, depending on the design.

🌸 Wedding Table Arrangements

Bring your wedding theme into your reception with beautiful floral centrepieces and table arrangements. These can be kept simple with little arrangements or posies for individual tables, made fuller and more impressive for larger centrepieces, or created as statement arrangements for your top table, sweetheart table or other important focal points.

🌿 Aisle & Ceremony Flowers

Flowers can make such a difference to your ceremony space, from delicate aisle arrangements and pretty chair flowers to welcome displays, registry table flowers, ceremony backdrops, pedestal arrangements and natural, meadow-style displays. Many larger ceremony arrangements can be rented, giving you the opportunity to create a beautiful floral setting without having to purchase every arrangement outright.

Your bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, buttonholes and other personal flowers are designed to be yours to keep.

Larger arrangements can also be purchased if you'd like to keep them and reuse or enjoy them after your wedding.

Don't need a giant flower arrangement in your spare room? 😂 Rent it!

For larger statement arrangements, rental can be a much more affordable option.

We'll deliver your flowers, arrange them at your venue where agreed, and collect them afterwards.

You get the beautiful wedding-day flowers without having to find somewhere to store them afterwards.

🌸 How does wedding flower rental work?

It's really simple.

1. Tell me what you're looking for

Send over your wedding date, venue, colour scheme and any inspiration you've collected.

Pinterest boards are VERY welcome. 😂

2. We'll work out the design

We'll chat through the areas you'd like decorated and what sort of arrangements would work best.

We can also work from photographs of your venue if you already have them.

3. I'll create your quote

You'll receive a clear quote based on the arrangements you're looking for, whether you'd like to buy or rent, and any delivery or setup requirements.

4. Your flowers are created

Everything is prepared specifically for your wedding.

We'll keep you updated along the way with photos, videos and ideas, so you'll know what your flowers are looking like before the big day.

5. Your wedding day

For rented arrangements, we'll arrange delivery and setup with you in advance.

Depending on your requirements and location, we can deliver and set up the flowers at your venue.

6. We collect the rented arrangements

Once your wedding is over, we'll arrange collection of the larger rented pieces.

You don't have to worry about packing everything away or finding a home for a six-foot floral arrangement! 😂

Can I rent the larger flower arrangements?

Yes!

Many of our larger artificial flower arrangements can be rented for your wedding day, helping you create a beautiful venue without the cost of purchasing everything outright.

Can I buy a large arrangement instead?

Absolutely.

If you'd like to keep an arrangement after your wedding, it can be purchased rather than rented, subject to the design.

What happens with rented flowers after the wedding?

We'll arrange collection of your rented arrangements after your wedding, so you don't have to worry about storing or returning them yourself.

Do you deliver and set up rented arrangements?

Yes, venue delivery and setup can be arranged for an additional fee, depending on your location and requirements.

We're based in Southport and generally offer venue delivery and setup within around 20 miles, but please get in touch if you're further away as we may still be able to help.

Can I move rented flowers around during the day?

This will depend on the arrangement.

If you'd like flowers moved from your ceremony to your reception, let us know when you're planning your wedding and we can discuss whether this can be included as part of your setup.

Can I choose the flowers and colours?

Absolutely.

Everything is created around your wedding, your colour scheme and your style.

How far in advance should I book?

I'd recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for larger arrangements and venue setup.

This gives us plenty of time to discuss your ideas, finalise designs and make everything ready for your wedding day.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

Not at all.

How much does flower rental cost?

There isn't one fixed rental price because arrangements vary considerably in size and complexity.

I'll provide a quote based on the arrangements you need, your location and whether delivery and setup are required.
